How do I return an item?
  • Submit a Return Request for store credit by emailing customercare@golden-rebel.com
  • Please include your name, order number and reason for the return.
  • When your Return Request is approved, you have 7 days to ship your items back.
  • Once Golden Rebel receives your item, you will receive an email for your approved or not approved store credit.
  • If your Return order is approved, you may use your store credit for immediate use and within 30 days.
  • If your Return order is not approved, a store credit or any refund will not be issued.  
Do I have to pay for shipping on returned items?
  • Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend shipping with a tracking number.
Is there a customer service phone line I can call?
  • At this time, we do not have a phone line. We ask that all customer service inquiries be submitted in writing to customercare@golden-rebel.com to better assist you.
